Are you interested in harnessing the power of executive coaching, leadership development and peer relationships?
Group coaching is a rare and influential opportunity. Through Anita K. Hansen group coaching, you will join a safe relational space where 6-8 like-minded, passionate leaders meet regularly to learn together, offer support, challenge one another and share the executive coaching experience.
The 6-month group coaching experience is structured to ensure member success, with:
• One 4-hour monthly learning session focused on leadership growth topics and peer growth
• Weekly optional 1-hour group connection time, facilitated by Anita K. Hansen
• One monthly 1:1 executive coaching session, with Anita K. Hansen,
• Stretch goal identification and support
• Impact through the Townsend Institute’s Competence + Character + Connection Leadership Model
