The coaching group was both enjoyable and educational. I was skeptical about being part of a group of which most people I did not know and was also skeptical about the virtual setting. Both greatly exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed the insightful homework assignments, group shares and exercises and witnessing everyone growing and improving together. It was a great experience from which I learned a great deal about myself which will definitely allow me to be a better leader, team member, and individual.
